Specialized Waterjet Profiling Ltd is a young company offering a sub contract profiling service to a wide range of industries such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, marine and offshore.
In addition the use of waterjet technology can, with advantage, be used in architectural sectors, sign manufacturing and craft based industries.
Waterjet technology can be used as a cost efficient alternative to laser cutting, plasma cutting, EDM and milling.
The company operates from premises situated on the North Wales/Cheshire border with excellent connections to the motorway network.
Specialized Waterjet Profiling Ltd has invested heavily in state of the art waterjet machining centre with dynamically controlled cutting heads in order to offer a fast cost effective precise profiling of a vast range of materials.
To complement this service we also offer a in-house CAD design facility to produce both 2D and 3D drawings to our customers requirements.
Specialized Waterjet Profiling Ltd is part of a larger group of companies which offer a range of engineering services including environmental monitoring, mechanical/electrical design and sub contract services, PLC programming of integrated control systems and on-site planned maintenance.
